HSE (Health , Safety, Environment)

  • The safety officer/1st Aider is responsible to check the person in case of incident or illness then after the investigation of the safety officer/1st Aider they will inform the relevant parties and transfer the patient to clinic. 
  • The Safety engineer/officer is responsible for check the site safety and health precautions are effectively completed prior to start the activity on site.
  • The Safety engineer/officer responsible to carry out safety induction for the workers.
  • The Safety engineer/officer responsible to conduct safety toolbox meeting prior start activity on site in daily basis.
  • The Safety engineer/officer responsible to inspect and monitor the site work activities and ensure the workers wear PPE equipment (such as gloves, safety belt, helmet and safety shoes) and prepare safety report.
  • The Safety engineer/officer has the responsibility to assess any process has particular safety risk and addressed as required. 
  • The Safety engineer/officer has the responsibility to ensure that working during nighttime has adequate lighting and adequate space and good ventilation.
  • The Safety engineer/officer has the responsibility to ensure that working at height shall be safe and make all precautions to avoid falling from height.
  • All workers should wear safety helmets and safety shoes at all time on site. 
  • All workers should attend the safety induction course and obtain green sticker before starting work on site. 
  • Housekeeping should be done on regular basis to avoid accumulation of debris on site.
  • Hazards / Risks / Relevant Risk Assessments

QA / QA (Quality Assurance / Quality Control)

  • The QA/QC engineer will monitor the work installation on site to be sure that installation done as per the specified requirements.
  • The QA/QC engineer will carry out the internal inspection on site before raise the inspection request to the consultant to verify the site execution done as per the approved shop drawings and the installed materials are approved.    
  • The QA/QC engineer to ensure that all measuring and monitoring equipment related with the inspections and tests are calibrated.
  • The QA/QC engineer will liaise and coordinate with consultant to arrange the inspection and will give notice to consultant in advance 24 hours.
